Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Create comprehensive, visually appealing reports and dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Maintain and optimize existing database systems and SQL queries.
- Perform statistical analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a weekend shift environment.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts (ETL processes) is a plus.
