In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and drive growth through advanced statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL pipelines and data warehouses to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Create interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Build and refine SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various relational databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
