Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain complex, interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Optimize data pipelines and improve ETL processes to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to support product and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and advanced analysis.
- Expertise in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
