Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Analysis: Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business growth.
- Visualization: Design and maintain compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Data Engineering: Perform advanced SQL queries and data cleaning to ensure high-quality data integrity for analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Communication: Present data-driven findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to synthesize large amounts of information into actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
