Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence needs.
- Create interactive, high-impact dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, forecast business performance, and uncover anomalies.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams to define data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across all systems and databases.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling, and data-driven manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
