Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining & Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL processes using SQL and Python to support business intelligence.
- Dashboard Development: Create intuitive, interactive visualizations in Tableau or Power BI that empower non-technical stakeholders to understand complex metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform rigorous statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Reporting: Generate accurate, timely reports and presentations for executive leadership, ensuring data integrity and accuracy at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a distinct plus.
