Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and business performance metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates and user engagement
- Maintain and improve data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
