Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems and processes to track key metrics
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform business strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements
- Present findings to leadership teams and recommend data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
