Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership through compelling visualizations
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize data workflows for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
