- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and anomalies
- Build interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Optimize data pipelines to improve processing efficiency by 30%+
- Present findings to stakeholders using clear visual storytelling techniques
- Adhere to GDPR/CCPA compliance standards for sensitive data
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VBA
- Experience with statistical analysis (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ data visualization projects
- Comfortable handling datasets with 1M+ records
- Strong written communication for technical/non-technical audiences
- Available for 20-30 hours/week with flexible scheduling
