Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into analytical models.
- Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical audiences through clear reports and presentations.
- Optimize data collection procedures and workflows to improve data quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data quality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
