Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various internal and external sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and drive process improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) with SQL for data extraction, querying, and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience programming in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
