Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources and clean it to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Utilize tools like Tableau or Power BI to create interactive dashboards that visualize key performance indicators.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports for management, highlighting trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Statistical Analysis: Assist in performing basic statistical analyses to support business decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand data needs and provide technical support.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
