Responsibilities
- Drive Decision Making: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform key business strategies.
- Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau to visualize performance metrics.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable presentations for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automated solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
