Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present complex analytical findings to executive stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Stay current with emerging analytics technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
