Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify key business trends and anomalies.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) that provide real-time visibility into KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical models.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product optimization and marketing campaign evaluation.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure data governance and reproducibility.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data quality and integrity.
