Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a strong plus.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
