Responsibilities
- Architect and implement distributed systems on AWS/GCP with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct performance profiling and optimize system bottlenecks
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent QuantumLeap at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go or Python
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and service mesh technologies
- Strong foundation in microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- Proven track record of shipping production systems at scale
- Proficiency with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
