Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Design and maintain data models and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to support product and marketing decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and reports.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing, optimizing, and querying databases).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
