Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Perform A/B testing analysis and statistical modeling to support product decisions.
- Document data processes and ensure data quality and integrity across all systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
