Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Visualization: Design and develop intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical methods to test hypotheses and predict future trends based on historical data.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Optimization) and Python or R is essential.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business leaders.
