Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity across our data warehouses.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement tracking mechanisms.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Maintain and update existing documentation for data pipelines and analytical models.
- Participate in A/B testing initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data insights effectively.
