Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to support executive decision-making.
- Design and maintain interactive, high-performance dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business opportunities.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and user engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex data issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure) or big data technologies is a plus.
