Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI for executive reporting.
- Build and optimize SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources including SQL Server and Snowflake.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis and statistical modeling to validate product hypotheses.
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.
