Responsibilities
- Perform Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business decisions.
- Visualize Insights: Create compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- SQL & Data Engineering: Write complex SQL queries and manipulate data structures to support analysis needs.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and business performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define key metrics and KPIs.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Tools: Strong knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Location: Must be willing to work from Charlotte, NC, or remotely across Georgia.
