The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and optimize operations.
Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize SQL, Python, and R to mine, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast market trends and support decision-making processes.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present complex analytical findings in clear, concise, and visually appealing formats to non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data collection and reporting workflows and implement automated solutions to improve data quality.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to define metrics for success and track product performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, optimization) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Expert knowledge of Tableau or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
