Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
