The Role:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large complex data sets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring our business decisions are driven by accurate, high-quality data.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify patterns and trends that drive business growth.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track their performance.
- Perform predictive modeling and statistical analysis to forecast market trends and user behavior.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and improve product features.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
