Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) for executive reporting.
- Perform statistical analysis to support business decision-making and forecasting.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in a tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
