Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement user-centered solutions
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent brand guidelines across platforms
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs and optimize conversion rates
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex UX/UI projects with measurable results
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience preferred
- Certification in UX Design or related field a plus
