Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business data using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods to uncover actionable insights
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure real-time analytics capabilities
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development experience
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to strategic value
