Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud tools
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time business insights
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product performance
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior analysts and improve data governance frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate analytics into production systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience with SaaS or tech companies
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Proven track record of translating data into revenue-driving recommendations
- Strong presentation skills with executive stakeholder experience
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
