Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to extract and clean data from multiple sources.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Conduct statistical analysis and deep-dive research to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and deliver insightful reports.
- Document data models and analytical methodologies to ensure transparency and maintain data governance standards.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into technical analysis problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
