- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to uncover hidden patterns and trends within the data.
- Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-backed strategies to improve business performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong command of Excel and experience with visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
