Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and data mining to uncover hidden trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define data requirements and business questions.
- Create clear, concise, and compelling data visualizations and executive summaries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and data strategy optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
