Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and propose automated solutions using SQL and Python.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, joins, stored procedures) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL tools and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
