Responsibilities
- Conduct In-Depth Data Analysis: Utilize SQL, Python, and R to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Visualize Insights: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Support Decision Making: Partner with product and marketing teams to formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, and provide actionable recommendations based on statistical evidence.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Automate Reporting: Build automated pipelines to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual data entry errors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data into clear, concise business recommendations for executive leadership.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud data warehousing (Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is a plus.
