Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources and clean and organize it for analysis using Excel and basic SQL queries.
- Report Generation: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards and reports to help stakeholders make informed business decisions.
- Trend Analysis: Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic planning.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of data processes, methodologies, and findings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot errors and ensure data accuracy.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems using data-driven approaches.
