Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Decisions: Transform raw datasets into actionable business intelligence reports that guide executive strategy and operational improvements.
- Advanced Data Modeling: Design and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
- Visual Storytelling: Create compelling, interactive dashboards (using Tableau or PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, forecast market movements, and mitigate business risks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering) to define data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine data collection processes and automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems through data.
