Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends and forecast business metrics
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present complex findings to leadership through compelling data visualizations
- Optimize data collection processes to improve data quality and accessibility
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to validate product hypotheses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development skills
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design background
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects with business impact
