Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable business recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and A/B testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
