The Role:
You will be responsible for mining, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with leadership to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain complex data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends and anomalies in large datasets.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages (Python or R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
