Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end data analysis, including data cleaning, transformation, and statistical modeling to support business objectives.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to monitor KPIs and trends.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and create scalable data pipelines.
- Conduct A/B testing and deep-dive analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Identify complex data patterns and present actionable insights to executive leadership through clear, compelling reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data governance framework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Expert knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business-friendly insights.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
