Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
- Build and optimize SQL queries for large-scale data retrieval and reporting.
- Create predictive models to forecast market trends and support long-term planning.
- Present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
