Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support data warehousing needs.
- Visualize data using tools like Tableau or Power BI to create executive dashboards and interactive reports.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define metrics and KPIs that align with company goals.
- Document data models, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data governance policies.
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in the tech industry.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven track record of translating complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
