Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Perform statistical analysis to support business decision-making and forecast future trends.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in the tech industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for querying and manipulating databases.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
