Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to uncover actionable insights and market trends.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define metrics, track success, and drive product roadmap improvements.
- Conduct statistical analysis to forecast business outcomes and support high-stakes decision-making processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality assurance processes and data governance protocols.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar quantitative role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment is highly preferred.
