Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends that drive business growth.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Build and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis, machine learning, and business intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting tight deadlines.
