Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis of complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and sales to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- Build and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets efficiently.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to validate product changes and marketing campaigns.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and data-driven manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
