Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and analyze large, complex datasets to ensure accuracy and relevance for reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Business Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to define metrics and improve data infrastructure.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical methods, regression analysis, and A/B testing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple insights.
